BC.GAME Bonus Explained: Locked BCD and Release Mechanics
Separate a headline deposit bonus from spendable rewards. Understand locked BCD, release rates and the terms to check before opting in.
- Deposit bonus is paid in locked BCD
- Four deposit-bonus stages when available
- Provably fair BC Originals
Locked BCD is a reward awaiting release, rather than a deposit match you can immediately withdraw. BC.GAME’s published bonus guides describe unlocking through wagering. The number displayed as locked credit and the amount available to spend are different measures.
Why we do not publish one universal release rate
BC.GAME’s older official guides describe different formulas and promotional stages. The 2021 pages are still accessible, but their offer windows are historical. We do not treat those percentages or formulas as current account terms. Read the bonus dashboard and the offer attached to your account for the applicable release rate, eligible games, minimum deposit and expiry.
The arithmetic behind a release rate
If a hypothetical offer releases 0.2% of eligible stakes, every 1,000 units wagered releases 2 units. Releasing 100 units at that rate would require 50,000 units of eligible stakes. This is an illustration, not a confirmed BC.GAME rate. A different rate or an excluded game changes the result completely.
For a fixed release rate, required eligible stakes = locked credit you want to release ÷ the release rate expressed as a decimal. A rate of 0.2% becomes 0.002. This measures turnover, not how much you should deposit or how likely you are to retain a balance through play.
Questions worth answering before opting in
Does the displayed percentage apply to this deposit stage? What makes a game eligible? Does release depend on game house edge? Is there a claim deadline or a minimum release threshold? Can the released reward be exchanged, spent or withdrawn, and under which additional conditions? Save the terms shown for the actual offer rather than relying on an old screenshot.
Compare reward mechanics before headline percentages
A larger locked reward can take more play to realise than a smaller standard bonus. Compare the release workload and permitted use alongside the headline amount. Also consider whether you want the games available; collecting a reward is a poor reason to play something you would otherwise avoid.
Use the calculator for standard deposit-match offers
The standard calculator does not model custom locked-BCD release formulas. Use the formula above only when the account terms specify a fixed qualifying release rate.
